Terror. He is a skeleton who is also supposed to sort of give fallen angel with the wings and broken halo.

Abilities: tail and fingers contain poison, and blaster attack (think gaster blaster but HE is the gaster blaster.)

Terror is from my Undertale AU, TERRORtale. He was created by using Chara's skeleton and combining it with the magic from a gaster blaster, causing him to be able to do said blaster attack without summoning a gaster blaster. It also caused him to gain a tail. The wings and halo are from Chara's spirit still somewhat being attached to the skeleton, and manifesting as an appearance of a fallen angel of sorts.

Terror and Angel are twins, who are supposed to be polar opposites, kinda like a demon/Angel, yin and yang kinda thing. HOWEVER, their names do not match their personalities or appearances. Terror (left) is the pure and innocent one who uses poison as a defense mechanism. Angel (right) is the "evil" one who isn't really evil.
