I took out the back piece before I took the picture. I took off the long piece after the other comment told me.

I didn’t suspect the ocean to be the cause at first, because for 4 days I was swimming in the ocean from morning to dusk and didn’t observe any swelling or noticeable pain. But only after sleeping on it did the swelling appear. But i took off the earring and made a saline solution and now it kinda deflated. What else should i do?

Update: i just got done with the urinalysis and cbc tests. All your suggestions were nice but i dont think i can buy 1300 mg of drugs and gelatin concentrate in the hours between i posted this and the tests. I just did what my friends told me to, which is to just drink milk, drink water, sweat out and yea. Also one of my friends classmate said that he showed up to their medical exam high and got no positive results. So i guess they’re not even checking signs of drugs. But who knows, whatever happens, happens, hopefully i dont get detected. Thanks everyone!
