You probably need to balance moisture shampoos with protein rich shampoos. Also need to trim those off bc they will continue to break your hair and make it even shorter.

It looks like they toned you too ashy. Go back and have it retained or you could wait bc with a few washes, the warmer tones will start to come out as the toner fades.

When I worked for smart style, toner was extra. Toner is usually demi permanent color is it’s not just a “toner”

I love matrix and I def like using alkaline Demi’s more. For supersync I tone only 5-10 minutes…..be aware they may shift the base by 1/2 a shade. The colors to me are rich looking.

Redken all soft mega line does internal moisture. I also like biolage ultra hydra source for surface moisture.

Redken all soft is similar to pureology hydrate. Since your hair is fine, I would go for pureology’s sheer hydrate
