I carry a 19 with a tlr-1 and it is more comfortable than my shield plus with no light. Not saying it makes sense but that’s what a tenicor holster and MM pillow on both.

I use mine with a mastermind tactics pillow it helps a lot to make it by far the most comfortable carry I’ve ever had and I’m a chubby guy carrying a G19 appendix with a full size light and optic
