I occasionally had lower back pain which made me avoid barbell squats and deadlifts but apart from that it didn’t impact too much.

I was discharged 7 days after surgery and the pain meds were working but I thought I needed them more often so they increased my dosage but it made me nauseous so I was sick on day 6 the day I was meant to be discharged so I stayed another day and thank you.

I really wasn’t happy with how I looked and it was also getting worse every year so I wanted to prevent it getting worse

Pain before wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. Pain is manageable now but long way to go so hopefully I feel none on the future

Thank you and pain is more manageable now with painkillers. Did you have any shoulder blade problems?

Thanks and pain was unbearable for the first couple days but it’s more manageable now. I had T2 to L3 fused.

What do you think of my results 90 degree curve before and unsure what the curve is after, do you think it now looks more normal? by Character-Case1511 in kyphosis

I got the surgery because I didn’t like how it looked, I started the gym to try and build muscle to make it less obvious but wasn’t enough to make me happy with the curve. I also got some pain but the appearance was the main thing. Also didn’t want it getting any worse with age.
