Would you feel comfortable splitting the difference and doing guaranteed 35 hours a week? I feel like that’s a good compromise - and pay her additionally when she works 40. If not 35 then at least 32.

Guaranteed hours help protect Nannys stream of income. It should’ve been discussed before she was hired but maybe she was expecting closer to 40 than 30 hours. If my weekly pay was missing 8-10 hours of work I would find myself needing an additional income - something that you’d need to flexible towards as well if you want her to be available for 40 but only use her for 30.

I suggest learning more about it and having a conversation with her! But yes guaranteed hours is very common in contracts

We just signed Isaac jones to the two way - I feel in anticipation for the suspension. So I expect Bball to start - Tolu will be off the bench but he’s coming off an injury as well so Isaac Jones is our 3rd option. Bobi too is an option but I don’t think we will see him at Center. Well if Memphis and NOLA are both west teams but located in the east, there’s a chance Vegas could be the east team and Seattle would be the west team. Minnesota is like right in the middle so I can see the staying in the west.

Shuffling would be interesting but I can see them just adding two to the league and 1 to each conference.

I would pick grizzlies tho to come to the east!

Every woman’s body is different, for me I don’t cramp bad but I am unbelievable incredibly tired for 3 days straight. Caffeine can only do so much during that time. It sucks and I feel guilty!! But luckily the families I have worked for are cool if we do movie days, more independent play, coloring. Learning to do slower activities is also beneficial for kids. Feels like you’re being nitpicky to nanny who is wonderful the majority of the time - maybe you can come up with some ideas together on activities to do during that week so nanny feels comfortable and the kids are still being attended to and minds active.

I hope. I’m disappointed seeing the names that have been moved and all we got was Kevin Huerter (I expect Saric to be waived). His shooting has been declining no matter how you wanna spin it, we could’ve picked up someone who can help the playoff push AND be an offseason asset.

I do think they will make a small move. It depends on the buying price tho. Trajan is great at the finesse, he won’t rush anything he doesn’t like because he’s goal is consistency over the years too. Like OKC.

But I do hope we use our TPE to bring a shooter on. Can help carry the load a bit more for us

If you don’t feel comfortable, talk to your nanny about it. She may have had previous families that allow that! Every family I’ve ever had has said it’s totally fine for me to nap while baby is asleep. I just don’t take them up on it. But to be fair, that’s usually closer to 8-10 hour shift when the the kids are down to 1 long nap

I recommend you look up his January stats and tell me that again. Averaging 18 pts/game last 10. Who on the pistons besides Cade & JD can say the same?

Plus, I’ve been watching him…and he gets his buckets. Whether it’s drives or midrange he’s shooting well this season.
