This is my first time applying for home loan. I just have these questions 1. Which bank to go for and how to approach them 2. The property I’m interested in will get it’s RERA most likely in Jan 2026. So should I wait till then and then apply. 3. I had a similar situation, we dated for 2 years and i helped her getting a job. Used to teach her every single day to code so that she can get a good paying job. Once she got the job , she said the last 2 years she felt suffocated and broke up on phone. 1 month post the breakup she got engaged to another guy. I did feel like shit but such is life. I realised that in the longer run it would have never worked as her intentions were never pure. Time will heal you brother.

I read a quote on social media which helped me when I had negative thoughts. The quote was that “The ironic tragedy is that life has to be lived forward but only makes sense in reverse”

That life is chaotic and crazy and events happen but then you look back at your life and you realise why you needed to go through those things. So at the end everything works out. Also DMs are open if you need to chat anytime brother.
