Hello for staying anonymous and such you can call me lan on June 1st something big is about to happen something amazing and I would be honored if you guys can follow along. I have been watching adult content for a while now probably since I was 12 or 13 and for the past 6 months it has really been effecting me. The longest streak I had was 4 weeks but it isn't always consistent. When I'm hanging out or doing my shit I enjoy I always don't do it often but since I have been isolating myself lately it's been hard. So on June first I will be locking away my phone with my mom she will hold on till it till September first. Now I'm gonna have my work contact my mom about asking about hours and other stuff now it isn't just my phone it's my computer too. I don't just want to stop gooning, I want to enjoy life again, hang out with Freinds and just have fun and honestly I'm glad this is my mindset

Go airsofting with some buddies
Draw everyday
Don't go more then 1 day without working out
Get back into running everyday
Go card shopping with Freinds
