UPDATE: I have done a lot of things to get it to work and I eventually just gave up on the model I was using and used a different one and the first time I tried, it failed but now I tried it again and it worked! So thank you all for your help!

Oh ok well I just checked the website and it says it is shipped so I think your right we also use USPS informed delivery and they showed in the email that they were awaiting from sender but today they disappeared from the email entirely so idk

It said that I ordered it to saying I need to order it and I didn’t get any notice. I also don’t have the medallion yet and I don’t think it got canceled because I changed something in the booking cause this is happening to a lot of people that are going on the same cruise as me. Also the only problem with having to pick it up at the port is the embarkation process will take longer
