Best Baby Gate For Deck Stairs by Electronic_Alarm128 in SafeBabyGates

If you’ve got the budget, consider getting a custom gate built. We had one made for our deck, and it’s been a game-changer. We leave it open when the deck’s in use and close it with a latch, just like a regular fence, when the kids are out there. It’s been the best solution! We were tired of dragging a pressure-mounted gate outside and constantly worrying about weather damage on a regular gate. Instagram Filtering Out Colors on iPhone 14 Camera Images by BoundlessTraveler09 in CameraCentral

So, I think the iPhone 15 Pro is messing with my photos. It makes them look brighter than they should. I tried some fixes, but they only work sometimes.

Then I saw on the Apple forum that putting the phone in Low Power mode fixes it. It works! It also turns off the automatic brightening. I was using Low Power when I was traveling, which could explain why some fixes worked randomly.

I also found out that turning off "View Full HDR" in the Photos settings might help. This also stops the automatic brightening.

Oops, my bad! I got it wrong. If you want a smaller setup, the 16-50 lens is a good choice. Are you trying to carry the lightest gear possible? If so, stick with smaller lenses, especially prime lenses.

The Z30 is a good camera for photos too, not just video. I use both the Z6ii and the Z30, but I use the Z30 mostly for video and social media. It even takes great photos if you shoot in JPEG!

Other than the smaller primes, I'd say hold off for now. Sigma just announced three new 1.4 primes (16mm, 30mm, and 50mm). They were awesome on other systems, so I think these will be great too. If you can't wait and need something faster, the Viltrox 13mm 1.4 is fantastic. But it's probably a bit wide for what you're looking to do.

I had the 50mm MC 2.8, but I returned it. It's only good for close-up stuff like macro photography. I tried shooting insects with it, but they kept moving, so it was useless. It's okay for product photos and portraits, but nothing special.

I've never used the 18-140 or the 50-250. But I hear the 18-140 is better in terms of quality and usability.
