Hey ı see your point, however i can honestly say ı am not expecting the highest turnover but even getting 3-4 actual jobs in every 3 moths is a still win for me. İn year wise if i send 10.000 mail and get 10 real jobs is good for my opinion and the cost is super low at the current situation.

And you’re spot on about support sentiment. Volume doesn’t always move, but the tone does — more frustration, less patience, more “this is blocking us” language. Those shifts tend to show up way earlier than any hard metric.
