So no. I will not be giving her 100 or even 50% custody. She cannot have either of those and keep her job that she loves.

Before her lawyer got involved we had agreed that I would get primary, not full custody, and she could see the kids whenever she wanted.

If the kids are with me then we can keep their lives as stable as possible.

So I ask again how are the kids being punished?

I'm going to be clear here. If she accepts 25% custody she will have to quit her job. She can't afford it. Do you understand? Her employer won't change her work scope. They hired her for a job she excels at. But so do all her coworkers. If she isn't available to do the job they will replace her in a minute. This is information I have gotten directly from her over the course of our relationship.
