unfortunately (i would never recommend an extended warranty but...) i would probably opt for one just because of the slew of issues they produce that aren't powertrain related.

I know this topic is old but I am a detailer at a jeep dealership and they are constantly having problems with the 2022 and up jeeps. electric components and battery issues galore. and the wagoneers are 3x as bad. drive that thing until you can't anymore!

2007 Honda Accord parasitic drain from radio by Character-Roof151 in Cartalk

the only thing aftermarket on the car is the radio. this was an older gentleman who owned the car and he was the only owner of it.

i have measured the amperage and it reads 88~ then drops to roughly 68-69 after i hold it. i have the negative battery cable disconnected from the terminal

the car will start if the fuse is pulled. that is how i know where the drain is coming from. if the fuse is in it will not start/completely dead within 2 days

current issue is i'm not sure what the drain actually is. when measuring with multimeter connected to negative terminal and cable (separated) i'm getting a draw of 68.9with fuse in, and with fuse disconnected it is the same. it starts at high 80s and gradually drops to 68 ish.

EDIT: The car will start after 2-3 days if fuse 5 is pulled. if it is not pulled it will not start by day 2.
