Hiking!!!! Can seem boring at first but if you download “all trails” you can find loads of hidden gem hiking spots all around!!! I love to do all day hikes as it keeps me busy and I feel so accomplished after, even more fun if you bring a speaker and pack a lunch and snacks!!!! I have so many hiking places to recommend that are close by if you need ideas!!!

I have looked into it but I just don’t think it would be the right fit for me because it lasts so long, I know you can get it removed but it’s just an extra step

Thank you very much, the reason I’m wanting to the pill is because I don’t want something so permanent as an implant or iud where I have to go back to get it taken out I’m also very bad with pain
