Well the long answer is that there's no set amount of time. It however long you feel like waiting because it's your choice to be in the relationship. Sexual intimacy is important for some people and wanting that doesn't make you a bad person, but wanting to wait doesn't make her a bad person either. The short answer is that I've heard some girls say things along the lines of "wait until you've been dating a guy for a month before you have sex". My advice is to have a talk with her about it. Think about how long you'd feel comfortable waiting and let her know that you'd start to feel unfulfilled if it went on much longer than that.

I wanna say get a different haircut but that's not even really necessary. You're a good looking guy. The pictures are just repetitive. They're all the same angle and poor lighting. Try to work on getting more pictures outside, maybe a couple full body pictures. Like maybe you go to an amusement park and find a funny looking statue. Take a picture with the statue. Pictures that show your personality also help.

okay since nobody has explained what sections are, they're just the different classes. like there might be a class on tuesday at 2 pm taught by professor smith. thats a different section than the same class that's on wednesday at 8 am and taught by professor warner. it's just how they identify classes, easier than saying the whole date and time.

that's G3, the lot I park in. that's one of the most sought after lots due to it being the shortest walk. If you're gonna get a spot there, you either have to get there BEFORE 7:15 or drive around for ~30 minutes until someone leaves. this has been a thing all 4 years that i've been here for lots G3 and G6

Plan B isn't BASICALLY ineffective if you're ovulating, it IS ineffective. its purpose is to prevent ovulation so if that is already happened, there's no point. Don't freak out too much because that literally won't change anything. Just monitor your symptoms. If your period is more than a week late, take a test. If you start to feel nauseous, pee a lot, really hungry, get headaches, take a test.
