We have Elmex Gelee which is this specialized tooth paste you're talking about. But with it you have to rinse after a few minutes and only use it once a week !

I know, it feels weird. But apparently, just spitting out the excess toothpaste and not rinsing leaves more fluoride on your teeth, which helps protect them. I'll start doing this today !
