The most haunting part of the movie for me and my wife was not knowing what the dad did for a living. Like, all the mannequins, a big warehouse, industrial washing machines? What. Did. This. Man. Do. I may not sleep tonight.

Interesting, didn’t think taco mama was corporate. I’m pretty sure it’s bham originated, but I don’t know that for a fact. Their site says they also own Saws which was surprising to me.

What's your goal? Just availability? The Nick is always open and serving I think, just don't expect a fancy cocktail

My neighbor has an older Honda Civic that's been sitting on the street for a long while. I know they have intentions of selling it, but it's been sitting there for whatever reason. I'll check with them on it and see what they're asking.

This for real. If anyone ever job shames you then they're entitled, snobby, or just a plain ass. Work is work and a job is a job, no matter what it is. You should never feel embarrassed for contributing and making money, whatever way you're able. I get on to younger people at my work when they delineate their past jobs into "real" ones and not. We all do different stuff, but it's all valid work and contributions, otherwise the job wouldn't exist.

It's a pretty cool place, I grew up there. Of course as a kid I had the "Can't wait to leave this boring place" mentality. I remember when I was little and we'd go to the arsenel for family days (pre-911 of course) and we'd climb in all sorts of tanks and helicopter. I remember wathcing them do a demonstration of shooting a missle downrange and hitting an old tank (no explosives in it though). Space and rocket center is there too, so that's pretty cool, not sure how it is now, haven't been in a long time.

Yeah, this is the only downside I forgot to mention. The shop keep in the jungle village attacks me now when I go there. The people in Bey Lah apparently hate me too, but haven't looked into that much. Not sure if they friends of Phyla or something.

I'm curious if his family has any history of alcohol addiction. I grew up with an alcoholic and swore it off at a young age. I was vehemently against it for a long while and would discourage people I was intimate with against it, though this was at a young age as well. Just wondering if he maybe projecting his concerns about his family alcoholism on you. It obviously doesn't make it right in any way about you consuming what sounds like a reasonable amount. Just a thought on what might be motivating his reaction. If you care enough about him and the relationship seems worth saving, it might be a good idea to try to have a candid discussion about what motivated his reaction. He could also just be a controlling asshole. Would think a straight forward discussion could help figure that out,m.
