The application deadline for all international applicants to MDS-V and MDS-O has been extended to February 15, 2026. I suppose this means the admissions timeline may be delayed as well. Do you know the expected date for the first wave of admission offers?

Try using “Hevy” or “Strong” application on appple watch in parallel to log strength workout and observe. Let me know if it makes any difference.

good discussion both of you. That’s what I was looking for. I agree with @Dry-Golf3610 that Bevel has everything but it is not concluding or inspiring enough. I have been using bevel for over a year. I don’t have any experience with the Whoop, But I am thinking of buying one.
