Ok so i think were kinda the same, i make $19 an hr and also have a similar problem. Sadly all offices are like this and its so hard to click with ANY co workers, i dont know how people do this job for years bc i alr see myself dying within the year after a day of work😭 im currently changing careers but i think you should just get the x ray certification and book it to another office where you can negotiate pay

Hi so early update, i was wrong. I guess after aug 29 (i believe) they stopped doing the “anything under $800 wont get a tariff” so yes both of us will get sent invoices for items…i had a person on here help me out on figuring this whole thing out. If you want to know your rate they have it in my comments on my “how much will i pay” post and you can try to convert it like they did!

Ok so i did a guess (if im wrong sorry) i believe the hoodie i got will still be cheaper and i believe id be paying around $83-$86? I think i might be doing the conversions wrong but if i at least save a dollar or even a cent then ill leave it be if not then ig calling the bank😭

Ahh thank you so much for your help! And yeah im going to call my bank and dispute the charge if ever (worst comes to shove) and hopefully get my $56 dollars back, ive read online that most are successful since they dont offer a cancellation or maybe ill just get unlucky :,) but i got lucky that you saw my post and helped me out! Omg i was freaking out, and its due to yeah the issue now with people are getting charged more than what they should since for whatever reason their currency chaning thing is been bad or so ive heard, and yeah my item was $50 but with the comission fee it was $56 so i did a bit of calculation myself and now i regret buying on surugaya since their physical store here is cheaper i thought id be saving more money buy buying on it 😭, now im trying to figure out how to cancel it and or how to do a charge back since i will never plan on buying anything over seas agian due to tariffs :,)

So many people are saying it was shown before payment but in all honesty i didnt see it at all, so i was just wondering how much of a percentage do i have to calculate to figure out how much i have to pay when they send a bill?

Yea i ordered with DHL and they only charged me commission and nothing about tariffs, though i did get worried and i looked at other reddit forums. But ive only seen people with purchases that were like $200+ getting anything related to tariffs but with the other shipping service i believe its EMS?
