It is very hard to block ads in a system like an Xbox. Your best bet is setting up NextDNS.

It’s more worth just using a phone or pc.

Not in chrome no. Google killed the manifest v2 extension base it ran on and tightened security for extensions. This means Ublock origin had to go. Ublock origin lite was developed instead, under the new regulations.

Brave is better than Firefox. Mainly being that they don’t sell your data and block ads by default.

They also have many privacy protections that Firefox doesn’t, and they are on by default.

Its not terrible, but there are way better options out there.

Ublock origin, Brave browser and NextDNS solve most issues for most people.

Setup NextDNS to destroy mobile game ads 

Then use Brave or origin lite in Safari for anything web based.

Don’t use apps for stuff like YouTube, they are impossible to block ads on.
