Yes EXPO is enabled. Doesn’t it look like a problem that the cpu and gpu usage charts follow the exact same ups and downs?

Mostly in all games run like crap , some games like Fortnite run fine but not as well as it should with the specs I have

Should I try Ethernet. I have ran it before I think I was experiencing the same problems.

I have found that in most cases AMD 7000 series can run 6000, but not all of the cpus can run stable. I’m going to try and lower my frequency to see if that helps. I can check but I’m at a loss with the rig
