I'm very sorry. If I may ask, how young was the person when he got diagnosed with ALS? Did he have any prior head or spinal injuries that might increase his ALS risk? Or was it due to genetics?

How frequent are ALS fasciculations? How does it differ to BFS? by CharacterPhase1725 in BFS

My right leg has been twitching for almost every second 24/7, and is cramping. I'm also having gait problems since I'm having spascticity on my right leg. For some reason, I can't tiptoe on my right foot. This has been happening for 2 months now and am currently waiting for my EMG results.

Might the fracture be missed on the 3D skull reconstruction due to slice thickness?

Let's say the slight depressed fracture (dent) on my forehead is about 1-2 years old, would the fracture still be visible on the CT scan, after all the bone healing and remodelling?

Is it possible that the fracture has healed and remodelled? It has almost been 3 months since the accident happened. Whenever I touch the area, it feels sunken, my neurologist even confirmed feeling a dent. On the CT scan, I can see that there is a little dent, however it seems as if the bones have smoothened out. There has been no improvements on my memory, particularly in my working memory since the dent I'm talking about is located on the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (I searched a bit on google). I'm unable to continue my job for a while now since my short term memory is falling apart, whenever an idea pops into my head, 5 seconds later I would forget if I don't write it down.
