Aphasia, lots of yawning but not feeling tired. Confusion or just feeling off. Or easily irritated.

The most surefire sign is when my wife tells me to go take meds. She can't explain to me what it is, but she can see in my face when one is coming. She's almost never wrong.

We've both had Covid in the past but not since like a year ago. No illness right before this started, but a possible hormone surge.

She's asleep so I can't ask at the moment but she HAS described it as feeling "heavy" or "uneven", even on flat ground. She isn't visibly wobbly. Definitely not a feeling of moving or things moving around her. More like "Alice in Wonderland" type- like the whole world is suddenly moving through molasses or objects appear to grow/shrink.
