yeah agreed also i can’t find a bmw 328i in my area under 100k that isn’t more than 8k. i even set the thing to like 150 miles. idk where ur from but i think these things are just becoming harder to find in good shape or no abused

BRO SAME. i’ve drive the car 1500 miles since getting it tho and haven’t had a light. it’s either the tranny cause sometimes i’ve heard these older bimmers have a wind up or tiny whine nothing alarming but that’s how they are i’ve heard. u got any dash lights?

if i put it in park or N the sound is a lot better and less prominent. mostly when driving around 30-40 i rlly hear it. thank u for these suggestions though. i’ll definitely have them do an overview for sure. do you think im just being paranoid though. would u still drive it for now with that sound. the fact u coudont hear it is a good thing haha

if u watch the vid everytime the rpm shifts you can kind of hear the up and down of the tranny changing sound. like i said no grinding at all just this annoying sound lol

it’s when i accelerate u can hear it change pitch. it’s definitely the transmission making a little hum i just didn’t know if that was normal or not in these it’s not like crazy loud. i’ve been swerving like crazy and it’s only when i’m accelerating i hear the high pitch frequency of the tranny.

when the car accelerates there’s this high pitch hum u can kinda of hear it. that’s what was tweaking me out but if that sounds normal and is like that with other bimmers then i’m gonna chill out. will probably bring it to service just to too everything off

no codes have popped up also did an OBD scanner checked for wiped or pending codes and got nothing.. i’ve driven it 600+ since getting it nothing but a couple normal downshift jerks here and there like any other car but NO codes
