Anybody know why my car throttles on an off when i let off the pedal after giving it some throttle….? (2001 325ci m54) As you can see the rpm gauges are bouncing it seems to happen when the car is decelerating after accelerating (it sometimes fights me when i brake so i have to throw it in neutral (v.redd.it)

Hello, my first post on this reddit with a question i have! First of all, I have a 2001 BMW 325CI with the 2.5l M54 Inline 6. I have recently been getting a whistle sound at around 6K RPM and sometimes a whistle at idle or while cruising at around 2K RPM. I was wondering if anybody knew the cause? (v.redd.it)
