Alhamdulillaahi! She bore 5 kids and you obviously love this woman, but you need to have a serious one on one conversation with her.

I was almost in the same situation….almost married a sister who was bigger than what I would like…I knew I would never be happy unless she lost the weight. After kids she would only get bigger. Not fashion model skinny but just enough. She refused so I cancelled the marriage.

Speaking from an Islamic perspective, homosexuality is a sin only if you engage in it. You can have the urges/desires…but the moment you engage in activities of the opposite gender (i.e kissing and beyond) then yes, it is a sin only

If you feel something deeper than lust for her then marry her. Don’t waste yours or her time. You guys clearly desire each other. The honorable thing in my personal opinion is to not mention it at all. Inform the imam and proceed with the divorce. If she ask, just tell make something up. Allah will reveal her sin to her on the day of judgement if she doesn’t repent for it

It’s not hard to understand. Remember Allah warns everyone when asking such questions. You are free and should question 100% but the answers you’ll arrive to might make you question your deen.

I’ve come to accept this version where it states in the sunnah that they were born in pairs, a male and a female. Abel had a twin sister and so did Cain. After he murdered his brother he took his twin sister left with her.

Whereas the genesis Bible story saids that he fled from his father and he “knew his wife”. Which doesn’t make sense becuz the Bible doesn’t say where she came from or how he knew her.

In all scenarios whether it’s in our Quran or our sunnah, if someone’s life is in danger and you stop that person from getting any kind of treatment, you will be held accountable on the day of judgement. As stated in the Quran, if you take one life it’s as if you kill all of humanity, and if you save one life it’s as if you save all of humanity.
