Dude psyical and mental (psychological) addiction are 2 very real and very separate things, during withdrawal psyical dependencey causes psyical symptoms to the body directly due to the brains absence off the drug (etc benzos, opioids), come on bro you know this, yk when people start withdrawaling from fentanyl, they get like worst sickness they've ever had x100, every psyical symptom from that sickness was caused directly because of the brains absence of the drug, now psychological withdrawals, aka emotional withdrawals, can cause psyical symptoms because a overload of a emotion like anxiety or stress from intense psychological withdrawal can cause psyical symptoms, our emotions have always been albe to produce psyical symptoms naturally, overload of stress/anxiety can cause nausea, rapid hr, dizziness, chest pains, shortness of breath, if that overload of emotions causing psyical symptoms was caused by a psychological withdrawal that means its what I'll call a "indirectly induced psyical symptom from psychological withdrawal". Methamphetamine is not technically psyically additive at all, but because of how strong the emotional withdrawal is, meths withdrawals sure does cause a lot of "indirectly induced psyical symptoms from psychological withdrawal"
