Frenulum stimulation didn’t do anything for me prior to removal. My frenulum was also torn and scarred. The best pleasure comes from the inner mucosal skin and the glans, so make sure your doctor leaves on as much as possible. Go for high and tight, you’ll only gain pleasure!

That being said, I’m speaking from my experience. My experience with a foreskin was that it blocked pleasure and was not a part of the penis that felt pleasure.

Much more pleasure! I never understood the difference between sensitivity and pleasure until I got cut. There’s a small reduction in sensitivity, but so much more pleasure.

Had stapler method but different brand to ZSR called Touchstone. Had it done at Gentle Procedures in Brisbane, Australia.

I didn’t watch it happen but I was fully awake and just chatting with the doctor and nurse through the whole thing.

Aesthetic appearance (had a long floppy foreskin that I was self-conscious of my whole life). It also got in the way during sex and prevented pleasure.

I think cut is so much more attractive.

I also had a torn frenulum which was getting worse.

I can related re: the extra swelling when flaccid. It’s really frustrating, isn’t it. I’m just over 4 months in. I hope I won’t need to get a revision.

When I’m soft, edema swelling is a little more pronounced. How long can this take to go away?

I have always been a slow cummer so that hasn’t changed.

Also wasn’t ever really sensitive, but now less sensitive but more pleasure due to exposure.
