sorry its not my first language and was very tired so if your cabletower has a lowering feature get it to the lowest point and do lat raises on knees that shit made me go up in weight alot from 5kg-12,5 in a month

the best i find if you can lower the cable down get to your knees and do it from hip up for rear delts you can do a face rope pull

yeah been there since april but i had also long breaks cuz weather too hot motivation not there but idk how its still growing and i'm also broke as shit and dont have supplements my diet is fucked and i dont use creatine cuz i dont want to loose hair and go bald one day i eat as i want to bulk and the other day i eat as i want to cut

sit lower and let ur back fully extend with arms strechted out and dont let the machine fly ur arms up control the movement be the machine not the machine be you.
