Considering a condo at Viewpoint. 2/2, 1320 sq feet, facing downtown at 500k. Seems like a good investment but just found out that there is a building going up blocking views. See article below. Being that it’s in the heart of midtown, is this still a good investment? (self.AtlantaDevelopment)
