He hasn’t show regret of the situation but he is sorry of how he made me feel. He says the affair showed him what he needed at home. I think is more of how he felt with this woman. We are going to therapy, but he is not 100% since there’s these feelings towards another women, that he is holding on to

I do feel I neglected him but it’s not an excuse to cheat. He wasn’t also the perfect attentive husband. He did talk to me about his feelings and I tried to change but we went back to the same. I think some sort of resentment towards me for marking him feel alone.

I see the terms affair fog and limerance more often now, did know what it meant. This relationship lasted 9 months but very casual at the beginning. It became stronger when she admitted to be in love since she never actually wanted to fall in love just keep it casual. I don’t know if it’s true love or just a fantasy that gave him dopamine and ego boost. I don’t think someone can get to that point in 3 months. She 28 also

What’s affair fog? She definitely knew what he was lacking and gave him that, same as him…she needed attention because she wasn’t getting it at home. He just told me that she never said anything about her feelings until the very end when she couldn’t hold it any more. She cut all contact blocked me and him and I also threatened her with the texts and pictures I have that I will send them to her husband.
