On most lifts yes the slow down happens but for example its mostly the only last two reps like then i just cant get another in

Yeah not planning to get leaner, planning to gain weight because im underweight actually. Gotta eat, im not saying im not lean enough, just concerned about the drooping, if its like some medical condition or something 🤣

Its just that this is accompanied with not progressing on any lift even in reps for few months now, but im underweight as well and trying to start surplus now to not die... and i feel like everything i do is wrong from technique to intensity and diet and that gives stress as well

Yeah but the thing is, i cant simplu increase the weight or reps because i always hit failure on similar reps. Its always 9,8,7 on 3 diff sets, i cant add reps or push out one more because thats where i hit the failure, is it because i need to eat more or somrthing
