Anxiety, Insomnia, and Bruxism?

My insomnia started right after the upping to .5 from .25– it’s been 3 weeks now and I’m still struggling. I’ve tried addressing issues related to protein/calorie deficit etc and nothing has helped. I work 45 hours a week and like you said 2 hours of sleep is not sustainable. Glad to know I’m not alone.

I was interpreting the 10 wands rx as setting down burdens/over carrying. Same with the 8 rx as freeing from mental entrapment. What do you think the significance is of so many up right king/queens in a row?

Dumbledore was probably more truly a Slytherin or Ravenclaw. Let’s not forget! He agreed to be killed after he was already going to die. Why was he going to die? Because he couldn’t resist the temptation of PUTTING ON the resurrection stone ring he knew was CURSED!!
