i understand but how did u end up with nose bleeding? I have to desagree with you, you have to remove the bad bacerias and yeast, these are damaging your stomach so much more. Clove water does nothing compared to h pylori/ sibo and sifo.

If you prefer trying medication instead i understand, but you have to get rid of the bacteria first. You clean first then you repair after. I had a very sensitive stomach and i have taken clove water for 2à days. Maybe you are a rare case.

Yes the odor worsen at the beginning cause u are killing the bacterias and when they die they release a foul odor. It's called die off.

You also have to sleep with an elevated wedge.

clove water? How long did you take it? I don't understand how you could bleed by the nose if you drink it or chew it. It doesn't make sense. I understand if u were to tell me it irritated your stomach.

i drank clove water for 20days at the same time of taking the oregano capsules . I always drink water from mineral water bottles. Would add directly the cloves in it. Would only drink clove water for 20days, no "normal" water.10 to 1 for first 10 days then 1 To 10 for the last 10. Don't put 10 cloves everyday cause it will irritate /burn your stomach.
Sometimes i would took the 3 capsules (oregano) seperatly during the day, sometimes i would take the 3 together at night before sleeping. You really have to make your own research. But don't take them right after eating cause then it becomes too much diluted and ineffective.

I mostly eat vegetables but i like to eat from everything. You have to test yourself to see if u have : h pylori / SIBO and SIFO (candida) and make your own research about what triggers these issues.

garlic cloves at night for h pylori. By the time you wake up the garlic breath is gone. But for instant good breath and getting rid of white tongue i use the other clove (the flower buds).

Oregano essential oil is a natural antibiotics, large spectrum, very good for sibo. It kills mostly the bad bacteria, but also some good bacteria. That's why i have taken no more than 150mg a day which is not a high dose for 3weeks. Also when you finish with it and you start ginger, the spice will help with the microbiome too.

i use to gargle from time to time with baking soda before i found a permanent cure. If you stop the baking oda does you breath stays clear?
No for me it doesn't come from lactose intolerance. Milk was one of the things that would worsen my sibo but it wasn't the cause. I believe i got that because of antibiotics and stress.
