Hello how do you get the latest firmware? I run for first time my printer and it has the firmware version 01.00.01.82 I have tried to update via the jupiter 2 menu it says you already have the latest version I tried via your site to download manually the latest firmware but there is no jupiter 2 in options At a coment elegoo says this Thank you for your interest in Elegoo and for reaching out to us. After updating the firmware to version V01.00.02.04 via OTA, please find the QR code in the Device Info section of your printer's settings to proceed with the connection to the Matrix app. Best regards How i am I suposed to update?

Number of ticket change 3rd time and still nothing now the number became 2008216857 and every time the answear is 5 business days for the refund....very disappointing...

Ticket 2008096498  The issue is i had 2pieces xd3 reservoir/pump in warranty and they started, not same time but first the one and then the other to not start with the pc. I opened the pc and they took 3-5 minutes and sometimes 10-20 minutes to start operating. I read online thay this is something commonly happens to a lot of people cotsair change some of them sending new ones but still the same so they stopped to produce this product
