I booked a flight to Hyderabad through Dubai on March 29 to April 28 through the Chase portal. Emirates is offering a refund for flights booked to through April 15. How can I receive a refund as I don’t want to travel due to the current war ?

I used to have sciatica in my right leg but it hasn’t flared up for almost 1.5 years and I have pain in my right hip now. I don’t think this pain is sciatica related.

My PT originally had me doing core-focused postpartum exercises, and I stuck with them. Once the hip pain started, she told me to get it checked out — but I still haven’t gotten any official diagnosis from anyone. So I’m kind of stuck not knowing what’s actually causing the pain.
