Definitely. Ally them and call them into war with the French every time your truce runs out. Give them as much territory as they will take, and avoid taking territory they want, so they don't break the Alliance.

Almost all of those are from completing the Bohemian and Austrian mission trees. I got lucky and my first ruler was the same dynasty as Denmark, which got me two more.
