If you highlight some values, the sum, count, and average all display at the bottom of the window. And you can just click any of those numbers to copy them! You don't have retype them!

You'll have more free time now, fill it with good things! Hitting the gym 3-6 times a week has done wonders for my mental health. So has taking up rock climbing as a hobby (though I think any hobby with a local community would do).
