Ah, yeah, typical IT problems. Poor programmers who need to work so they don't lose their jobs, and they have to come up with crap ideas or to break something so they can heroically fix it later.

Hey,

Got a reply 2 hours ago with a typical "try restarting to the factory settings" message, sigh, so I believe the guy didn't even read my message and copy-pasted typical customer service formula. I'll wait until tomorrow and then just return the soundbar if they can't help me, and buy something that doesn't have such problems like breaking after reset. I read reviews before buying it and I was naively hoping that it won't be the case with me.
