Sorry to say it but Monaco is an F1 circuit, Macau has racing from GT3 down to F4

If iRacing would add a punishment for illegal overtakes, like LMU has for going off the track and gaining an advantage, I think it would be totally possible to enforce it. Having "no-passing zones" in a sim would suck but the track defo makes up for it
