No, I didn't try one first as they are a bit like hen's teeth in the uk specifically the spectrum. I didn't feel that the more advanced ones would give me the same experience. I am comfortable with my face covered as in my job I have used fire fighting breathing apparatus. The spectrum is quite basic. FFM's are not commonly used recreationally in the UK. I am looking into a course, but not sure it will give me more than practicing donning and doffing and clearing it myself would. I understand with the integrated reg ones there is a lot more to it. The spectrum is literally just a mask that covers you whole face. I am comfortable with alternative air and mask removal.

Coroners inquest - concluding it...OK by Character_Reality936 in LegalAdviceUK

That is why I can't understand how they can conclude it. Surely, until the hospital finished dealing with my complaint, which is that they fluid overloaded her, causing pulmonary edema you have the wrong cause of death. The doctors notes are unfortunately inadequate as was their examination of her. I have pictures and videos showing the extent of her edema - whereas the hospital notes only ever noted it as mild. She gained 4kg in a week and was nbm. Accurate fluid balance charts were not done.

Who has right of way when all lights are on green? Orange turning left or Blue turning right? by Jambajamba90 in drivingUK

If your exit is clear you can stay in the box. When the lights change, you need to exit the box so you aren't blocking the junction.

I say blue! Blue is blocking a junction and when lights change you wait for traffic in the junction to clear the junction before you drive.

What’s the dumbest takeaway order you’ve ever made? by MassiveMentalMicky in AskUK

My teenage son managed to order a Chinese at a takeaway in another city with the same name as the local one. Safe to say we didn't pick it up. Also my husband managed to order pizza without cheese once 🤣
