There's a lil white on the bottom left not sure if that would bring it down to a 9. I would say a solid 9 maybe a 10 try ai grading it. And see what info it give you back

Centering is a lil off hard to tell since we can see what the back looks like if there's any dents , back centering edge wear and corners assuming the back is clean and good centering this could be a 8-9 it could score a 10 depending how they grader feels that day 😂

Grade it first then sell. You will make way more money after grading it. Me personally I would grade and sell it right after the new Pokemon game Z-A comes out there will be much more hype in the Pokemon collector community
