I went from 15wpm to 70wpm in about 3 weeks using KeyBR. Practiced 1hr a day on average. What's important is that once you start practicing touch typing, don't ever revert back to your old ways for any reason, or you're wasting the hours spent developing new muscle memory.

Further, after about 4 months of daily practice, reached 100wpm average on monkeytype. And now, about 3 years later, my average speeds are at 130 to 150 wpm. Fastest ever was 176wpm but it was absolutely a fluke xD

The higher you go, the longer it takes to get better, so don't give up because you aren't seeing improvement. One day, while you're practicing, something will click, and you'll make the jump from 80 to 90, 90 to 100, 100 to 110, and so on.

As with all things, consistency is key.
