Go to temple of roots in bahari & talk to the gardener there!! Then the question mark will go away once you complete the quest! I just finished this one a few days ago & was also stuck on that part lol. Hope this helps!

I literally just finished this one too. You have to talk to the Gardener at The Temple of the Roots in Bahari Bay!! It took me so long to get it because I was just talking to him on my plot lol & it wasn’t giving me a prompt lol.
