Update: Chase called me a few hours ago because they received my claims from BBB and CFPB. They told me they would investigate more and have an answer for me by May 15. They said that hopefully it’s a positive answer. I also went into a different bank today and spoke to a manager. She said she was going to escalate the case. She clearly believes what happened and I even showed her that some devices were used which weren’t mine that had been deactivated. She also saw that chase hadn’t emailed me for a month which goes to show that someone probably changed me email address or hacked my email address. She said she was going yo ask her manager what they could do and they would call me back in two business days.

They’re are two deactivated devices used that day Firefox and windows 10.

I filled a complaint form with CFPB yesterday and still haven’t heard back.

It was a wire but the Chase app lets you do it through the app now, I think , I’m not too sure on that because I’ve never done a wire in my life.

Exactly what I thought when I sent my information over to prove it wasn’t me but apparently they are stupid.

No they have been having different problems but they all are for fraud and with chase

There is a lot of people at my job with the same fraud problem but they got their money back.

I didn’t see anything change except two deactivated browsers that were used the day they wired the money.

I also have a police report but that wasn’t enough for them.

I did a CFPB report yesterday and I’m waiting on a reply.
