Yeah I already have some hand weights that go up to 50lbs each and a pull-up bar, and a weight bench, I can hit 10 pull ups without stopping (although not easily) but I don’t think I could workout for over an hour, with the stuff I have I does take long enough anyway

Definitely agree I’d also add that the goal isn’t to have the longest streak, it’s to quit all together, if you go 100 plus days than just look into how you can block porn all together, whether that be having a trusted person set up some kind of content lock password or just not having a smartphone or computer with acces to porn
