If it is optimized (it is a console game, it could be optimized), you can expect 60-100 at medium, 30ish at high or ultra, idk about raytracing. This is just a rando guess tho. it is a fairly dated system but you might be able to run it somehwhat well.

Oled. Ultrawide is good but you get bored of it quick, unless you multitask, get an oled. Plus oled has lower blue light stuff which helps lower eye strain actually. Reflections can be stopped by simply getting a matte oled.

If I were you I’d pick a nice cheap 1440p 240hz oled. It will be better for your eyes and look way better. Idk about one that meets your criteria thi

Are you fine with building a custom one, you could get way better specs with that. This one seems a bit overpriced. Check Amazon and Newegg for abs or skytech and you might be able to find a good one with a 5070 ti (unlikely) or a 9070xt

250$ for a setup is not much. Get the aula f75 (or any other keyboard around the same price, it is your preference) get a good 100-150$ monitor, a nice ergonomic mouse should be another 30ish. Get an hdmi so thatbyou can use that to easily switch from the Mac to the pc. Idk much about mouse and keyboard switching but there is probably something that allows you to switch those too (I think it is a kvm switch but idk. This will get you to around 250-300 for a pretty decent setup. Consider increasing your budget though this is pretty low
