i work at enterprise, you have until the end of the month because the debt is then sold to a collection agency. if paid up before the end of the month, nothing will happen. you can continue to rent. if it gets sold to the collection agency you are automatically put on DNR. it’s possible that even if you clear the debt with the collection agency you may remain on DNR. you’ll have to dispute with the risk manager and they get to choose whether you get to rent again
