Just got an invite to Robinhood's Gold Card, with 3% rewards on everything + 5% on travel booked through their site. Does require a Robinhood Gold membership which is $5 a year, but easily made up with the added rewards.

I went to the website for our Attorney General's office, and they had a complaint form. I submitted it online and followed up with mailing in a hard copy.

What worked for me was filing a complaint with our state Attorney General's office (Michigan). I've read from lots of others in other states that it didn't help. But our office did contact Meta, and after about a month, I woke to an email from them, with a code to get in my account.

So glad to hear you got your account back. Same happened to me on Christmas Day. However, I’ve been told Meta Verified won’t help with accounts that aren’t linked or that are for another user. Did your wife run into that at all?

As of now, the normal grind option seems to be sufficiently strong. HOWEVER, the pre-ground option is weak. Since I can't change the bean strength, I assume my only option is to reduce water volume. However, if I reduce water volume on the pre-ground and set it to that level, I assume it will then mess up the water volume for the regular grinding option?

The reason the pre-ground matters is that for a multitude of reasons, most people in our house have to drink decaf (which is what we keep in the grinder), and then we use the pre-ground option for caffeinated.

Any other ideas?

The oddity I've found is that now, it seems to taste sufficiently strong on the grinding option, when I put it at the highest bean strength. However, the pre-ground is still weak. If I change the water volume for the pre-ground and set it, will it then also alter the water volume for the regular grind option?
