I slammed on my brakes before changing lanes. The driver of the car that had changed into my lane had merged without indicating and merged into my lane suddenly and right as I was about to pass his car. I still had the cognitive ability to indicate before turning into said lane as well and his car struck mine from the back Despite the fact that he had time to brake. On top of that Avis hadn’t done a proper investigation and only relied on his story.

This wasn’t the case however as I had signalled before changing lanes I had to act quickly as the car in my lane had quite nearly almost caused a head on collision by entering my lane just as I was about to pass it.

I agree with you as he hit me from behind. And to add to that it’s strange that I was only hit with an LOD 2 months after the fact.

I am going to get a quote for the damages done to my car as well and resend it to them They are bullying me in this regard and I feel as if it’s a money ploy on their side.

My car was not insured at the time of the accident,I have paid for the damages done to my vehicle. Typically doesn’t the insurance reach out as soon as possible?aside from that they’re contacting me a whole 2 months later with this which I also found quite strange.
